Our enthusiastic students, dedicated staff and committed Governing Body invite you to join our team to help everyone in the Academy to "make our best better". In our May 2008 Ofsted Inspection Report, Greensward was described as "an outstanding school that gets the best out of its students ... with exceptional leadership ... and an ethos of sustained achievement and high standards". In September, Greensward became the first high performing school to be awarded Pathfinder Academy in the UK. Greensward Academy is part of the Academies Enterprise Trust (AET), a multi-academy sponsor based in Essex. The recruitment process for all academies within the AET is managed centrally.
